BLENDING GUIDE
WITH ESSENTIAL OIL
For normal skin:
5-10 drops essential oil per 20 ml carrier oil.
For sensitive skin:
1-5 drops essential oil per 20 ml carrier oil.
Routine: As a natural moisturiser, apply to skin or hair after washing and allow to absorb. For a spa experience, add a few drops essential oil then work into the skin in gentle circular motions for a soothing massage.
